Lotto Tickets

Hi everypony,
Okay, I'm minding my business and I withdraw some funds from the bank to purchase some tickets. So I go to the miscellaneous items part of the store, where the tickets are listed, but no purchase button appears beneath the item, as one does with other items. None of the text in or around the description is a purchase link either.
So..are they for sale or aren't they?

Hm... honestly I am not sure! I was just able to buy a ticket, but I'd have to check permissions on them

The last time somepony had this problem and posted about it was three years ago and it was supposed to have been fixed shortly thereafter.

The Lottery tickets have been disabled, because the hack is broken. Super Admins are still allowed to purchase them for debug reasons.
