Pokemon Y - Question

So one day I got bored, and I looked up Diancie in the GTS (after getting her from my codes for both X & Y). Looking through it, I'm laughing at some pokemon they want when I come across a handful of this -

It is an incomplete face (only eyes and top of the head), with japanese symbols repeatedly and the country they are from (Japan).

I know that the japanese means remodeling. (yay for google translate!)

My question is - Is this a bug or a glitch? Has anyone seen this? It ONLY does this on Diancie. No other pokemon.
