Hello I do lots of Pokemon-based logos, images, and banners and such in vector format. Here are some samples:

Now all these are pokemon, and I mainly do pokemon, but I can try to do other anime if you want. However, if a non-Pokemon banner/logo doesn't turn out great then you know why.

If they are vectored I don't understand why the quality is rather low?

I think you're a bit confused, these are designs, not logos.

They're closer to signatures than anything else.
