No, but I do remember the other cartoons that I used to watch during that time. Captain Planet, the animal Transformers, Freakazoid... What else?

I love that cartoon. Also if you saw the movies you know that the hot tomato int he short shorts really is the kid's girlfriend. You'd be amazed what she can do with a tuning fork and a milk bottle.
Anime is a lot like sex. Done right it's a beautiful act of creation that brings a little more light into the world. If it's sick and wrong... it's even better.
