Found this series at the pawn shop the other day. Watching it right now.

Not bad. I mean I've seen it before, but seeing it without all the Cartoon network edits, it's MUCH better. plus Izaya is now one of my role models. there's a guyw ho knows how to "face palm". I don't remember this in the Tv version... though maybe I just forgot.





Plus you've got to love a series that absolutely proves that women dont' need heads.

Really good anime. Supernatural with some realism. Main heroine is a woman with no head. Literally. And, the characters are insanely interesting. I've also read the light novels, and things get even more captivating later. Action, drama, urban fantasy... it's hard to categorize it though. Most people I know say it's a shounen. But, you don't see suicide, illegal immigrants and human trafficking in teen animes. So, seinen? It's hard to call it seinen. The childish weirdness is a little too much sometimes. If someone has any idea, please tell me.

Talk about reviving an old thread. Actually the clip is from DurararaX2!! Those two girls are Izaya's younger twin sisters. It is kind of disappointing this is as far as they go getting involved with the plot.
