Always wanted just one more arm (5-finger hand included). Not some even number of arms, but just one more. So many times I'd be carrying something with both hands and there's that one simple task that's just out of reach of doing. How many people have wanted to shift gears on their manual trans car without having to take two hands off the wheel? Or how about carrying take out dinner to the car/house with two hands and wanting to get that sip of soda you're begging for? One arm is all I ask for. We might be surprised what all we can take care with 3.

Would not be practical. A human would have a wingspan between 20-40 feet depending on weight. Even then we'd have to have massive muscles in the chest, shoulder and back areas making us extremely top heavy. That or hollow out our bones which would make us extremely frail.
