My own webserver software!
Writing it in VB6. Here's what I've got so far. Click the pics to see full sized.

so you pretty much just have a scrollable panel so far? lol well at least you seem to be having fun
that's just a localhost server however, if you want to host a unique server IP that other people could access, you'll need something like a raspberry pi

Actually all you need is my IP address of my computer. And replace the 127.0.0.1 with my WAN IP address (something every computer on the internet has).
