Have you heard about Elfenlied? It's actually not very new but now translated and released in english version. Elfen Lied is a Japanese anime television series, produced by the Arms Corporation and adapted from the manga series of the same name. The manga series was written and drawn by Lynn Okamoto, while the anime adaptation was written by Takao Yoshioka and directed by Mamoru Kanbe.
