I don't have a lot of resources for cosplay, but I think it could be loads of fun. Especially if you're willing to put on some fun roleplay with random people cosplaying as other characters from the same series.

-2P Fem Russia from Hetalia, since Russia's one of my favorite characters, and she's badass.

-Lucifer from Hataraku Maou-sama! Because it would easy and I could be in character just by sitting in front of a computer.

-Jeff the Killer. Because it would be easy and probably everyone at a con would know who I was. (Not gonna post the picture because just searching for it will give me nightmares lol)

-Sasha Braus from SnK. Because I could go around eating as much as I want without anyone asking why.

Yeah Tommy Oliver appeared in the later episodes. He moved into town and was turned evil by rita repulsa and was eventually defeated by Jason(Red Ranger) and spell that turned him evil was broken.

But the fact it's a party eliminates a lot of them because they would be awkward and weird in such an environment. Also, let's pretend that I actually have the figure to pull off such cosplays. So I'll say probably one of these....
