What was the first subbed anime program you ever watched and how did you react to the program not being in American? Did you like or dislike it?
Me: Rozen Maiden. It was a little weird at first, but I got used to it around three episodes in.

Nonon Jakuzure - Best Kill la Kill baePretty damn great! #spoke2soonOta "The Cutest Otaku" 2016 - Lol, how's your account doing lately? Oh wait.
I'm gonna say Bleach.
Back when I first started watching it, I had only seen anime on TV dubbed, and I watched fansubbed Bleach after someone recommended it to me. It was an odd experience, but watching subbed martial arts movies helped the transition.
Familiar of Zero, and I prefer sub to dub for most anime.
Trigun. I actually kinda liked it.

Mine was School Days (and haven't watched Dub since). It didn't bother me in any way watching it in Japanese.
Better subbed than dubbed.
My first subbed anime was Naruto, back in 2006.
The hentai prince and the stony cat on crunchroll about a year ago. I didn't like that voice acting in dubbed as much as subbed, change was needed.
I don't remember. I can't stand subbed anime. I'd rather watch a terribly dubbed anime over a subbed.

I hate original voice overs. I just can't stand most of their high pitched voices, not to mention I always feel like I end up just reading the entire thing and not watching it. Same with old school Bruce Lee/kung fu movies. I'd rather watch some terrible voice over than have to read the entire showing.
Is it really that difficult to read and watch a subbed anime at the same time? For most people it is a talent gained after watching a subbed anime or two. If that is your main problem with subbed anime then that is quite sad.
The voices in all honesty are not annoying to me at all, but that is something that really depends on the viewer so I can't hold that against you.
Remember that you also limit yourself on anime due to not every anime getting a dub and currently airing anime are out of reach to you due to them being sub only.
Not all dubs are bad, but damn do they ruin my experience.

This is true, I am limited. I haven't watched the second season of High School DxD because its not subbed yet. As for the ability to read and watch, it boils down to me being an extremely slow reader. Sometimes I won't even be done reading and its switching to the next line. My fiancee hates me for this. We'll be reading an article together and she has to tell me when she is done so I just start skipping paragraphs so she doesn't have to wait.
It was probably one piece after i reach the point were the series werent dubbed anymore, it was a weird experience, and just like ALLhopeineclipse, i cannot get into sub anime, is really annoying for me to hear japanese voices and i just think that a dub is a more complete experience for a english speaker like me, now i just wish companies dub the openings, is it that hard to get singers for a OP/ED dub cmpanies?
Im still waiting for one day for a LoTGH to be dubbed, i know is a real strech and the best we could get if that show gets a R1 dvd release will be subbed but heres hoping!
I really wish anime was like american movies, they get dubbed in spanish french italian german ect really quicly. With companies like funimation you have to wait like 2 years... Oh well...

Fairy Tail.
It was hard reading the dialogue and watching what was going on at first, but then i got use to it and i'm fine with it. I prefer dub because i can listen and watch what's going on, unlike sub, when i had to read and the voice sometimes messed me up. If there is no other option, however, i don't mind watching sub.
There are people in this world that enjoy being alone, but there isn't a single person who can bare solitude.
Mine would be Shakugan no Shana. Already used to seeing sub since i use to watch Jap Drama.
