Quiz is broken, cycles through the same questions and I advanced through 100 of them and didn't even reach this "level 3". Granted I started skipping questions but I earned 50 points and nothing happened by 150 questions so I gave up.

Sorry, it's not broken. The questions are selected are selected at random. Sometimes they repeat. This is intentional. You may get the correct answer by chance.
Level 2 is easy to reach, just score 10 correct answers.
Level 3 is teeny weeny bit harder to reach as are the questions.
Scoring say 16/50 or 18/100 or 47/150 doesn't come close enough.
If you are very good 100 questions will see you there.
So far nobody has scored 81/100.

It’s terribly simple I must say. I got correct answers for questions about anime I’ve never even seen.

Say that again when you've reached Level 3 in less than 70 questions. (So far nobody has)

update:more questions for Level 1 and Level 3.

WTF, that was hard. I stopped at 60, I had only got 25. Once it turned into character names, I was just guessing. I don't typically associate character in anime by their names, but their personality characteristics in context to the anime itself.
