Young Valerian has always been a plain, uninteresting boy in a catholic family. He doesn't like sports and doesn't have any friends. He never believed in religion nor ghosts and monsters. However, a 17 year old Valerian makes the mistake of reading an old book. Somehow, he managed to summon a demon from the netherworld and bind her to his will. His every day has changed, for better or ill...
