cat girls, cat people, neko, ect.

i have noticed alot of people are all over cat people (especially cat girls) as well as animal people all together. well my question is, why arent there any anime with these in them at all? im not talking about anime like moon phase, bleach, or outlaw star, i mean anime that have cat people or people with other animal like qualities without the transformation or fake cat ears?

if anyone knows of any anime like this id like to see. since ive seen everything else under that sun.

There are plenty of anime with cat people, although the only one that comes to my mind right off the bat (and hasn't already been mentioned) is Mayoi Neko Overrun.

The only Catgirl/ Neko things I know off the top of my head are unfortunately all Hentai, that I saw for a split second then moved on.
But I do not mind the idea of Neko thingamabobers, I guess its one of those things that is seen as a fetish in a lot of ways so finding mainstream and not pornographic animes with that as the main kind of topic, is kind of difficult. Ah how the world views girls with cat ears.

It's because they want them to look natural, plus they couldn't hold up their hair in that area due to their ears being located in a different spot.

They do have real ears, since they use their cat ears to hear anything above 20.000hz, and their human ears to hear everything under that.
