I want to make an anime what software do I need?

Hey I draw a lot of anime by hand, I want to make an anime series and need some good software for this. The main thing that is important is useful features. I would prefer one with only lots of useful features so the interface is simpler. I also would ideally like to use one of those digital drawing boards instead of a mouse, as my hand control is pretty bad with a mouse.

Definitely get a graphic pen and tablet, it makes things so much easier.

As for programs, you could always try animestudio or even flash animation.

Its really up to you and what your cup of tea is. That anime program that designs stuff for you is nice, but its like picking up a preset line up of already pre-made ideas and actions and just applying them. I'm sure it will give you more fluidity and makes things much easier to animate, but your creative capacities may suffer.

On the other hand, Adobe Flash would require more work out of you, having to set up most of the animation stills meticulously one at a time. A very tedious task, but worth it if your after retention of details or their omission. Again, its all dependent on what you personally want to do.
