What kind of question is this? Have you been in a cave? They are cool, some even freezing during summer. Awnings just bounce heat from the surface of the ground back to the inside of the awning thus making it hotter to stand under the awning than in the sun, you'll just get sunburned more if you don't stand under it. So.. Cave, obviously?

Nice house w/ just enough money to go buy. Housing is more important than money, as you could get sickly if in a house so run-down.
