I don't know of or have that many anime soundtracks, but from what I do have, I'd have to say Witchblade's OST: Sexual Panic.

But if we're talking about what track from the soundtrack, I'd say Erotic Attack from the Witchblade OST, which happens to be titled as Sexual Panic. But Erotic Attack would be the track that I'd say is the best that I've heard.
