Posts needing moderator review?

Lately, all of my posts require "moderator review" before they can be seen by normal members, and this thread will be no different. This makes it really hard to converse with members if it takes hours for them to see my post. Is there a reason this is happening?

I apologize for not using the search function, which I should have done first. My only concern was that, I quoted a friend and he said he got the notification of being quoted, but since the post was a moderated post, he couldn't see it.
