It's not counterfeit, because there's no such thing as $100,000,000,000,000 dollar bill. Counterfeits are not officially produced copies of something that in fact there are officially produced copies of. This is not counterfeit, for the same reason Monopoly money isn't counterfeit, it doesn't correspond to any real money.

The intent of the image and of this post was one of satire and humor, NOT an intent to defraud the government (the government is already being ripped off enough as it is, by Obama himself).
