This so-called CAS sounds like yet another doomed-to-fail piece of "anti-copyright violation" software.

And since it is software, it'd be only a matter of time before hackers come up with some other software to disable the alerts--because all software can be cracked by other software--because at the end of the day it's all (wait for it...) SOFTWARE!

And that's to assume that CAS will ever be put into real effect at all.
