n the fights r also gud...

I've watched all the way from the first episode to episode ... 500-something (I can't remember ... midway through the Fishman Island arc). To answer your question: Yes, it does remain interesting.

There are occasionally some filler episodes, but given it's a long-standing and long-running series (similar to others such as Naruto and Bleach) then filler episodes are a given and are expected. Still, watch them or skip them; the rest of the episodes are brilliant and some of the stuff is just downright funny, and others are just outright amazing.
