Two things.

1: I'm guessing most kids under 13 haven't seen loli hentai (like this was), and if they did it would probably irreparably warp their mind (in that it would be a bad influence on them, making them think that it was ok for kids to have sex with adults, and possibly under this wrong mindset putting them in danger of being raped by real adults).
