Hey, I am searching for a certain anime, I only saw about 10 minutes of it with the sound of so its kinda hard to explain but I'll do my best.

There is a little kid with a runny nose who gets this blue crystal shard thing, he draws food in the ground with the shard and it becomes real, while that is happening some giant robot alien mothership comes down and tries to attack the kid. then some Military? guys come and try to rescue him and a little girl, when one of the guys gets in trouble the little kid gets powers and changes into some little red suit?

haha that is a pretty bad description but i that was all i saw, i have been randomly clicking on animes hoping it will pop up with no success
