Sylveon, the Kawaii type. If you don't think she's cuter than anything you've ever seen you need to seriously sit down and re-think your entire life (same if you think it's a Flying, Bug, etc, anything besides Normal or a New (reasonable) type and you're stupid).

Oh, aren't we all? They have announced it yet, but why else wouldn't they if it wasn't a new type? You can always tell what type the Eeveelutions are, so either it's Normal or something new, most popular guesses for new type include a Light type or a Fairy type (the roots of the name seem fairy-ish). Also something that's 2kawaii4u.

Sylveon can be a cat? I always thought the Eeveelutions looked like cats, minus a few. Also I found people that made Sylveon not kawaii, and you really have to try to accomplish that, I mean really, really try. Now someone has to kill these with fire.

Because the original Pokemon look so original, hell even the evolutions looked so different. Like seriously though, have you ever thought of how original Magnemite/ Magnezone, Diglett/Dugtrio, Voltorb/Electrode, and a whole lot of other Pokemon look exactly the same as it's pre-evolution or like real animals just jazzed up a bit? The newer generations are a lot more original, design-wise (not game-wise but what Nintendo game does change?).

No, just look at the attacks it does. One of them looks like...I cant remember what move it was...I think it was brave bird. But the attack was almost definitely a flying attack

Are you really going to go based on attacks? It also has Swift, you know, that doesn't mean it's Normal. And the most popular guesses for the attacks goes as followed; "Swift, Trump Card, Dream Eater and Aura Sphere (or a fire-type move)". The moves could be anything.

I just dont see them coming out with a new "light" type, especially since there is no Dark type in Japan, its "Evil" type, so light wouldnt really make sense. The only ones I can see it being are- bug [designed to look like a butterfly], flying [the ribbons could help it fly somehow] or dragon [theres a few 'pretty' dragon types].

Coupled with the fact that its the lightest of the eeveeloutions, it leans more towards it being a flying type. Theres a few flying types that dont have wings, so it wouldnt surprise me is thats what it turned out to be
