Hindering Me

A confrontation between Gibbs and Hector Barbossa. Barbossa feels that Gibbs is hindering him in the quest to rid of Sparrow. He has tied Gibbs to a wooden pole. Their faces are illuminated by the flames of the fire.

"I'm inclined to kill you now, Gibbs, without so much as a word," Hector Barbossa stares unkindly to Gibbs, his face menacing.

Gibbs stares back at Barbossa, his face bewildered. "What's in it for ya? Ye will gain nothing by doing so."

"Aye, 'cept for the pleasure of getting rid of a cockroach." Barboss smirks, ponting the gun at the Gibbs.

Gibbs' expression does not falter. "Jack will come to get ye, mark my word."

A deafening gunshot is heard, ringing through the dead of the night.

@JozzTheJoker is killed by Hector Barbossa. She was Joshamee Gibbs!

By the way, @November , I am a townie. Why would the host lie about what faction I am and specifically color pirate as green for town when she revealed that I am town?

She even colored town and pirate factions as green under the Win Conditions.

Win Conditions:
Town/Pirates: Destroy all wolves and any Independents trying to eliminate you. Recruit Independents to join your side.
Wolves/Nemesis: Destroy townies until their numbers are equal or less than your own, and any Independents trying to eliminate you. Recruit Independents to join your side.
Independents/ Enemies or Allies?: Wins if they survive till the end.

Fallen to Death!

Rumours have it that the Black Pearl drops anchor at the dreaded Isla de Muerta, the island that cannot be found, except by those who already knows where it is.

Captain Jack Sparrow and his crew brave the murky, bleak weather to sail to the island. On the horizon is a dark, ominous shape: Isla de Muerta. Mostly sheer unfriendly cliffs shoot straight into the water. It is surrounded by a slate of gray sea.

“Land ho! Land ho! Land ho! Land ho!” Cotton’s parrot flapped his wings eagerly.

Jack grasps the rail with both his hands, his expression a mixture of excitement and alertness. “Haul your winds, and keep to the weather of the island,” Captain Sparrow shouted to his crew, expertly driving the ship closer towards the shore of Isla de Muerta, setting anchor at a safe distance from all the jutting rocks.

The ship lies at anchor in the distance. Together, Jack and Will row away from the larger vessel in a small longboat towards the rocky shore. The rush or a waterfall grows louder.

Will is instantly on alert. “What’s that?”

“Depends,” Jack replies nonchalantly, slowly rowing the boat.

Will squints his eyes. “On what?”

“On whether the stories are all true. If they are, that’s a waterfall that spills over at high tide, with a sharp drop to underground lagoon. If not,” Jack rows the boat calmly, noticing the moving water tugging on the long boat, “well, too late,” and they are sucked in, the boat rushes forward, plunging into the darkness.

Will feels disoriented from the plummet. “I don’t feel too good,” Will’s grasp on the side of the boat loosens. The wind from the gravity of falling slaps his face ferociously.

“Do not let go, no matter what happens!” Jack shouts, but to Will, his voice is heard far away.

Will’s fingers slip away. He’s falling into the dark abyss. Will meets his untimely demise.
