A thread for Valentine's Day, yay. Anyway general stuff can be posted here, first topic being what are you guys going to do for Valentine's Day?

I will be continuing my celebration of KAITO's birthday week celebration (it starts on the 14th but Japan is a day ahead of us) by looking for covers with his upgraded bank and new songs with all his banks, other than that the usual so; school -> computer -> exercise.

With our two little girls we're going to try and make valentines day a familial love thing where we all do stuff together as opposed to getting a sitter and trying to be romantic.

I'm not sure if that's a trap by my wife or not, but at least the pressure is mostly off me.

Well, this is the first time, in a LOONNNNGGG time that I am actually single on Valentine's Day. I really don't have any plans that day. I have class from 8:30am till 2:30pm and then, I am off to take the bus and go to work from 3:30pm till 9:45pm. No time for a date or to hang out and I work Friday all day as well. Don't really have the time to make room for a date but, I will most likely watch a movie and eat some ice cream if I don't get home too late on the 14th. :3

Well, V-Day is on my day off this month, so I'll be doing my usual day off thing of sleeping, then doing pre-work for Friday, so I have less work on Friday.

To be honest, I am not that interested in valentines day. Even if it's a nice thought that you should spend some extra time on the person / the people you love (even if the shops also just wants to sell stuff [...]) it just sometimes... becomes too much. It's the same with new years, christmas, midsummers exc, all the "I must do something special because it's that day" just annoys me at times. Why all the "have" and "must"? Mweh~

... Now I suddenly feel very un-romantic.


Anyway,
I don't think I will do anyting special on valentines. Guess I will get a bouquet of roses from my fiancée and that we will atleast spend the day together. Are planning on giving him some roses aswell because I usually never do that and some weeks ago I read somewhere on the internet someone saying "Well, how often do you buy him flowers then?" (it was in a thread about a girl whining about her guy not being romantic enough" and then I thought "well, why not?", so now I will probably give him some. Thank you internet for making me into a better person!

Valentines Day is on the 14th, right?

That's a Thursday. I will do what I usually do on a Thursday ... spend the adequate amount of time making a grocery list for the next day, taking a shower at an appropriate time. Aside from that, it's Thursday ... I'll be asleep for most of it.

I have alot of ideas to surprise and or make a significant other feel special on days like V-day, but alas, if I were lucky or wasn't a total loser I would have a gf and actually put them into play.. A bouquet would simply not be enough.
But it does suffice to some people I suppose.

Since it is the first valentine's day with the gf, I made reservations at a great hotel with a hot tub in the room, made dinner reservations at a nice restaurant, and of course, will bring some champagne and roses.

My boyfriend is taking me out to dinner because he's amazing <3 We're going to the same one we went to last year, a pasta restaurant in London. I'm addicted to pasta haha. I'm planning on wearing a dress (I NEVER wear dresses, so I wanted to look all pretty and stuffs) but it snowed today =/ so if the weather's still like this there's no way I can wear the shoes I wanted to wear....wow when did I become such a girly girl?! ._. I may have to spend a few days playing CoD/Gears or something to make up for it haha!
