Have Anime like Ergo Proxy and GunGrave gone extinct?
I don't know any new serious anime such as the ones in the topic title and Serial Experiments Lain.
Am I just not in the anime loop anymore? Can anyone suggest any like those if there are any?

You could try Psycho-Pass, I have to say for the current season of new animes it's my number one favorite.
