Wow, they're all really good. I had to spend a long time looking at them before I could pick, but ultimately I went with B. Love the colour scheme, and it's really clean.

A, B, and C all look good. It's a toss up on B and C for me, I'm going with C because I like it more. A seems a bit large, and possibly beyond 500 x 250.... I could be wrong though.
