As much of a pessimist as I am, absolutely nothing unusual is going to happen.

I say "unusual" because we will just end up like we always do ... moaning about the weather, missing our buses/being late for work/school, complaining that we shouldn't be there because it's 'nearly christmas', realising we should have done our christmas shopping 'the week before', etc, etc, etc.

It'll be a self fulfilling prophecy. It People will think the world will end so they will try to STEAL provisions from stores to help them last as long as possible (cause they'll think they will need it to outlast the events that will ravage the planet). The result of this will be mass looting and rioting. The murder rate will skyrocket. By the end of the day, half the world's population will be dead, people who had been killed by other people during the panic and riots and looting. We humans will have been our own destroyer, without any supernatural intervention.

What's going to happen is we are all going to wake up, go about our normal daily routine, go to sleep and wake up on the 22nd and continue that same cycle like every other day before that.

many ancient civilisations around the the world have calenders that end on that day. this doesnt mean life will end just means that day is special. the galixy is alligning perfectly. this happens only every 12 - 15000 years. i have my own theories about what happens when this allignment takes place. the governments of the world do not have enough controle to stop manny natural disaters all happening at once. iv been reading the book of revelations. everything is a refernce to something. the clues are here. i also believe in other races arround the multi- verse who help us with sustaining life. whatever happens it will definitly be interesting. cant wait

Well i believe it will be a regular day. No zombie apocalypse, no cosmic explosion wiping out earth, no Judgement Day/End Times, no alien invasions. Just another day in this odd world we live in.

Lol What if (I know this is probably far from the truth) this was one of those movie moments where the government is super corrupt and is only closing the public to the mountain to release their own agents or whatever to go pick up some super weapon or something, and then in a beautiful display of power and ignorance, turn it on the world for all of our evil jokes on the French for their percieved weakness..... lol.

Ugh...... Come on it's just a rumor.... just like any other rumors when it passes it will just disappear no one can really predict when will the earth end.... there are tons of rumors like this before.... but where are they now.. gone right??

I'm 999% sure that when this 12/21/12 nonsense is no more..... there will another one and another one and another one and so on and so forth that it would likely never end......

But this one is true People are getting weirder and weirder everyday like their going back down the evolutionary ladder
