I go to the gym most days, plus I work in a cafe so I spend 9 hours a day, 5 days a week, walking around :P
American Football but otherwise nope.
I work out at least once a day, because I like to ride a bike and run, and I also like to go to the gym to play volleyball and tennis.
Note: I can only post once a week (Monday).

Running is the mainstay of my exercise. I try and maintain an every other day run. And I try and do a few races each year. My big goal for '13 is a full marathon, my longest so far is only halfs. My work is sitting in a chair straight for 12hrs (seriously, we dont even get lunch breaks). But at home I am always active just doing stuff around the house. Always swinging a hammer or pushing a shovel into the ground or swinging an axe. I'm all about staying active, and since I am frugal I'd rather do work myself than pay for someone else to do it. Its a lot more satisfying too! Weights are hit or miss, I want to do more but its boring when I can be outside doing something else, and there are no gyms around here. I'd really like to get into crossfit though, heard good things about it. For fun/vacationing and stuff like that I like backpacking in the mountains and paddling rather than going to some hotel or amusement park or whatnot. I just enjoy being active while I enjoy the outdoors. Humans aren't designed for a sedintary lifestyle, and I for one don't want to have diabetes when I am in my 40's or heart disease.
