News story about this had links to Indiana state laws involved. And this is what it says is the definition of child porn in Indiana.

(c) A person who knowingly or intentionally possesses:
(1) a picture;
(2) a drawing;
(3) a photograph;
(4) a negative image;
(5) undeveloped film;
(6) a motion picture;
(7) a videotape;
(8) a digitized image; or
(9) any pictorial representation;
that depicts or describes sexual conduct by a child who the person knows is less than sixteen (16) years of age or who appears to be less than sixteen (16) years of age, and that lacks serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value commits possession of child pornography.

So apparantly 16+ is legal in Indiana for pronz (rather than 18+ like it is in most states). LOL!
However while that may seem more permissive, if you take careful note of what it says "or who appears to be less than sixteen", that means if the person even LOOKS younger than 16 it is illegal. It doesn't say "who looks younger than 16 and also has never provided proof for being over 16". Nope. This means that even if the person is OVER 16, and who had notified the older person that the younger person is in fact over 16 or older, and has provided a birth certificate and ID card or driver's license that PROVE they are over 16, such that the older person KNOWS FOR A FACT that the younger person is 16+, the mere fact that the younger person LOOKS younger than 16 makes it so it is STILL A CRIME!!!! Talk about APPEARANCE DISCRIMINATION! I've heard of gender and race discrimination, but this is BLATANT APPEARANCE DISCRIMINATION!!!!!

From the looks of it, the girl took the pictures herself and did something to get her phone taken from her. The mother went through it to make sure her kid wasnt doing drugs or anything and finds the photos. I'd imagine she'd be upset and try to delete them, and instead accidentally uploaded them to facebook. I dont think its so much that the mother did it on purpose, it kinda seems like it really was an accident.

I actually want to know what the girl's mother have to say about it. But it's the media, they don't care about one's side of the story. Perhaps she posted those pictures on Facebook to teach her a lesson to on taking nude pictures and bad things will happen, in doing so, she post the pictures herself and then it went all bad. I don't know, but as far as I know, someone is guilty.

Also notice my rep bar. It is maxed out with positive rep, and in a fairly short amount of time. Now members give amount of rep amount based on their own rep amount. So the fact I got large amounts of rep quickly means that the people repping me had high rep themselves. And that means that they were good enough members to earn their rep and keep it. So being that they are such good members, their decisions should be highly valued by other members. So their decision to give me large amounts of positive rep should be trusted, and considered proof that I am actually as good as they say. Because if they wanted to negative rep me they could and I'd be maxed out with negative rep quite quickly. If you don't trust that I'm a good member of the forum, then you are saying you don't trust my rep. But that means you don't trust those that gave it to me, and that means that you don't think they are trustworthy members, completely contrary to the fact that their own high rep would prove otherwise about them (people you would normally tend to trust). So watch out, because those who repped me positive, are people who have high rep power, and if they think you are doubting them and their ability to rep correctly, they might start neg-repping you for your doubting. And with their high rep power, those neg-reps WILL HURT YOU!

I also wish we could see more of the mother's story. It COULD have been an accident, if she was checking to make sure her daughter wasn't getting into anything? Still, if she did it purposefully, I hope she gets convicted, because she easily set her daughter up for bullying and harassment if anyone saw it.

My positive rep went down because there are SOME people on here who like to abuse the rep system repeatedly. Personally, I think it is a form of trolling or spamming, and I would like to see those individualizes permabanned.

Nothing that I've posted on here is bad enough to deserve as much neg-rep as I've received. Now if I was some troll who went on here and started issuing threats of physical violence, or spammed chain letters, or hurled the N-word or F-word all over, then YES I WOULD DESERVE THIS MUCH NEG-REP! But I am not doing that. Yes a number of my posts, SOME PEOPLE have regarded as dumb, but many others liked. But the ones who thought my posts were dumb are unfortunately those with huge amounts of "rep power", so their neg-reps, have REALLY HURT MY REP! Personally this I see as abuse of the rep system, for not saving their strong rep power for users that really deserve a large amount of neg-rep, and leave users with a small amount of rep power to perform the neg-reps on users who deserve only SOME neg-rep but not a lot of it.

The high levels of rep power of just a few users have completely ruined my reputation, and it is completely uncalled for, as I am a very high quality member. I feel that rep abuse is a form of trolling, and those who to it should be treated just as harshly as anyone would who'd spammed a bunch of dumb posts, or constantly flamed other members.

What rep? You had one positive rep. Then you got negative rep again and again and again and again. One positive rep isn't enough to protect you when the majority of the forum doesn't seem to like you. And guess what, that one person who positive repped you had a high rep. Don't see you complaining about that. Noticed you only complained when it negatively effected you. So it's OK to unbalance it in one direction but not the other? Not to mention when you negative rep someone only half your rep score is deducted from them. And who's to say you don't deserve what's given to you? You continue to post the dumbest threads over and over and across multiple accounts. Your only escape is to just simply leave. We can continue this dance for another year if you want. Though I would rather not if I had a choice.
