I have not recieved any e-mail from my friends on Anime Forum and then I remembered that I had to change my e-mail address. ...but the website doesnt know my new e-mail address.

Go to Settings, then go to the "My Account" tab and click "Edit Email and Password", afterwards you enter you password for AnimeForum account where it says "Enter your present password to continue:", then you just enter your new email twice where it says "Edit Email Address" and click "Save Changes".
