Name of this anime?

Its been years since i saw this anime. Basically theres this group with badges that double as communicator with judges. i recall they find some criminal thing going so they take out badge and show judge whats going on then judge give warrant or sentencing or something.
thats all i can remember.

Sounds simular to the Dominator in Psycho-Pass.
But since thats a anime that started airing this fall.....

sound like minority report movie turned into anime version. I'll look foward to that anime series but man is this anime im talking about so rare or something hmm no one seem to have heard of it.
