Where's the proof that the Soul Society is as strong or stronger than Lord Shinigami or the Kishin? Or vice versa, mayhaps?
But because I'm biased, I'd have to go with the DWMA. Mostly because I like Soul Eater more than I do Bleach - hence, the bias. Unbiased I can't particularly make an opinion one way or the other, mostly because I haven't seen enough of Bleach to make a proper comparison of their power and ability to that demonstrated in Soul Eater (which I've seen all of)
