I really dont know what else I can say. It's 100 bucks, so anyone who didn't want a Wii pretty much still wont want one. No Gamecube compatability as far as I know either.

It's pretty sexy though, I'll give it that.

EDIT: also doesn't support wi-fi. This is officially useless.

... I mean, seriously? £60 / $100 for a console ... that you can find at a used / 2nd-hand store for less than that, and with more features? And especially in today's social-networking, social-gaming orientated world where EVERYTHING MUST BE ONLINE.?

Does this thing even have an SD card slot? How would I play Smash Bros or Mario Kart, since it probably doesn't support GC pads?

Find an original-spec Wii. The Wii Mini doesn't have ANY internet connection.

Which is the dumbest thing ever. It's like Activision making a single-player-only Call of Duty game.

There hasn't been any confirmation if it has USB ports which would bring the LAN adaptor into play if it does.

That won't particularly stop Nintendo from coding a firmware that simply lacks the Internet configuration menu/features.

Also in hindsight it makes you wonder why they didn't just add an ethernet port to the Wii from the get-go. It's not like an ethernet port is big and a low-speed ethernet setup probably wouldn't require that big a card to run it off of..
