Welcome back ^_^
Anyhow to start things off, you have improved a little (but not much) since your last WP. You really need more practice, as such I do recommend sticking to just making signatures after signatures until you get comfortable with signature making (at least make it out of BSOTW and into SOTW) The reasoning for this is, signatures don't have much of a purpose. They are good practicing tools small and easy to work with, yet they can be used if desired. However with wallpapers they are created solely to be used and are massive.
I admire your attempts at creating depth it's not entirely bad. Could still use work though. There's also the point you use a few massive C4D's and call it that. Nothing particularly interesting.. Try scaling some C4D's down and placing them in various places over the larger c4d to create more intricate detail rather than just leaving it as is.
OH! and the font choice is barely readable. It's too slanty.

One issue that I'm seeing is the stuff in the mid ground behind the character is way too blurry. Especially with the background behind it being pretty clear. I'd sharpen that up more.
Changed the text from italics to regular if that helps. Also scaled C4D down a bit and removed blur.
