If you could be in Japan right now what would you do?

Pretty much what the topic says. Now that I have lived here for 3 1/2 years and in 5 prefectures (Kagawa, Ehime, Hiroshima, Niigata, and Saitama), and have also visited Osaka, Ibaraki, Fukushima, Fukuoka, Kobe, Nagoya and Kyoto. I like to know how other forums members would feel if they were in Japan at this moment. Would you go to the Hiroshima Peace Memorial? Dogo Onsen? Mt. Fuji? Akihabara? The Snow Festival?

Guess I'd like to see Mt. Fuji again and go some places I used to stay/live for nostalgia's sake, dont have any plans/ambitions beyond that though

Call me shallow, but I'm more attracted to Japan's pop culture than its traditions/landmarks, so you'll most likely find me in Tokyo if I go to Japan again :P

Any delicious ramen-ya will get a visit from me as well.

Right now I want to go back to Fushimi Inari Taisha... Last time I was there, it was pouring rain, but I walked the miles of stairs anyhow! Love that place. During my next unlucky age year, I'll return there to get my protection amulet.

I wasn't able to make it to the shrine in Ise the last time I was there, since we did a whirlwind tour of Kyoto, Osaka, and Tokyo. But, I'd like to go there, I'd like to visit Kobe and have real Kobe beef, and I'd love to spend some more time in Osaka. It has such friendly people, a lovely dialect of Japanese...and my favorite bath house in the world, Spa World. So many different kinds of baths to choose from~!

Sight seeing, enjoying the culture, learning about their history, language, and more, enjoying the delicious food and drinks, and finally.... Getting everything that people have asked me to get for them from Japan.

I'd like to visit some shrines/temples and an onsen, a maid cafe, go shopping, see the cherry blossom festival, the Hiroshima memorial, visit a traditional Japanese home, go to a tea ceremony see some snow, try to learn more of the language, find some vegan restaurants, see the ocean, go to Akihabara.... phew! And so much more!

I think the first thing I'd do is visit a school. Then probably a shrine. Then later I can ask tour guides for tour tips, cuz' I know almost nothing about places to visit in Japan (embarasing to say). But I really do admire people who get a chance to go there.

If I could be in Japan right now, I'd visit my aunt in Settsu-shi and hang out with her and my cousins there. I miss them sooo much.

My aunt and I would probably be at a Pokémon Center all day. When night comes around, my older cousin and I would hang out in downtown Osaka.

Luckily, after college, I'll have more time to fly to Japan. I'll even bring my girlfriend, too. It'll be her first time outside of the United States.
