don't.....watch.....paranormal activity 4.....it sucks.
With that being said i don't watch too many horror movies. They are not very good in general. Its hard to find one thats not just "look here theres tons of blood and gore and thats it and a horrible story!"
"“Loneliness is a disease that can lead to death. They might as well be the same thing.”---spice and wolf
“When you're surrounded by all these people, it can be lonelier than when you're by yourself. You can be in a huge crowd, but if you don't feel like you can trust anyone or talk to anybody, you feel like you're really alone.” -- Fiona Apple
I personally liked Paranormal activity 1 and Incidious a lot. I tried watching paranormal activity 2.. and 3 but i couldn't get into it so i just dropped them. That being said.
I don't really often watch movies. ^^
I don't really like horrormovies. When something bad happens in the movie I start to think to much about it, that it could happen to me. I can really scare myself like that.
There was this one time that I was watching a horrormovie by myself and a really scary moment came by, and in that moment the old clock with a scary sound started to boing. I almost pissed my pants xD
I pretty much live on horror movies. A great horror movie that I think was very underrated was Grave Encounters. The PA movies, imo, the second was the best [the first was just way to slow for me]. I liked Insidious until the ending...which I thought was just stupid. I also really enjoy Gothika for some reason...
And Im gonna admit, I enjoy the first Ring and Grudge. I just think the concepts and visuals with both movies were really well done. Not really scary, but still fun to watch

Ahh kowai I can't watch those (runs ruuuuuuunnnnsssss)
hella
You can't go wrong with the very first, original, Exorcist. Nothing beats seeing Linda Blair walk backwards down the stairs like a spider. Then there's The Strangers which I think a lot of people overlook. It has such incredible tension building atmosphere and sound work that it reduced my ex-girlfriend to tears when we went to go see it.

I LOVE horror movies! <3 I was raised by a horror movie junkie and watched my first one (Rose Red) in 5th grade. I actually tend to prefer the older ones, though. Vincent Price and Alfred Hitchcock. Classics. I would've KILLED to have been able to have seen The Tingler when it first went into theaters! They hooked some of the chairs up to electricity to shock you at certain points in the movie. Oh that would've been so awesome! x3 I also love the original House of Wax (Yes, both of these happen to have Vincent Price. ), though I've never actually watched the newer one. I'll probably laugh my head off when I finally do and get to see Paris Hilton die (though I think I like her face falling off in Repo! The Genetic Opera better xD), but I had a bad experience the first time I tried. I was eating pizza and took a bite when some dude's face got ripped off. >.<
I do like some of the newer ones, though, as long as it's not purely "LET'S SEE HOW MUCH WE CAN GROSS PEOPLE OUT THIS TIME?!?!?!" and that's it. I like ones that can really scare you instead of just seeing if they can make you vomit...even if the only one that actually scares me anymore is Silent Hill, and I'm not totally sure why it does. It just does. And it scares me bad enough that I can't sleep in total darkness for the next few nights. >.< lol I'm dying to see the second one! I also really want to play the games but haven't been able to get my hands on them yet.
She has no shadows, and she radiates beauty.
Slender body, and two eyes like ebony.
Her spirit's golden, and her mind's a mystery.
Ueee, pepperoni, pizzaioli, ruffiani, barboni.
Film 'orror, I like-a!
It is nais!
My favorite horror movies are the "Natale in [culo]" series. They are the worst movies on Earth!
I prefer the more cerebral types of horror movies -- the screw with people's minds kind of ones. I saw one a few weeks ago that I sadly can't remember the name of or what exactly it was about, but I thought it was kinds good.

Just look up George Romero and go through all his movies. They mix just the right amount of zombie action and horror.
