Need help identifying a song! Piano players please help me!

Where i stay, there's this person upstairs who plays this certain song, that caught my interest. I have tried, going upstairs to ring the doorbell and ask what song it is he/she is playing but everytime i go and ring the doorbell/ knock on the door he/she doesn't answer the door for some unknown reason. I have also tried searching over 100 anime songs on piano. I'm not sure if this is an anime song but it kinda sounds like one so im gonna give it a shot on this forum.

I have tried to re-create a certain part of the piece I always hear, on the piano, and it goes like :

A5 -- A5 flat, A5, G5 flat, A5, E6, D6, D6 flat - B4, C5 sharp, D5, F5 sharp, B5

with - symbolizing a short rest

I would appreciate it if someone could identify this song i've been searching so long for, and i apologize for my amatuerity (if that's even a word) in piano skills if i have written the notes in the wrong format.
