I usually go to bed at 11am and wake up at 6am. But in the weekends, I go to bed at 12am and wake up some time at 11am. xD
Now I'm totally baffled...

I usually tell myself that I'll be in bed by 10PM but then internet shows up and before i know it its 5AM. Then i have to wake up at 8AM to go to classes, tell myself I'm gonna pay attention then fall asleep as soon as i sit down. Then in the afternoon i go home telling myself that I'll either study or take a nap but internet shows up again...

Last Night I went to bed at 2 am and woke up at 11 am, I think thats quite ok
I need more sleep ever since school has started I can't sleep in like I normally do but during the summer I get up early in the morning at 5:30am and start watching tv and during weekends I sleep in
Being a shift worker it would take way to long to explain but basically I work a 5 week rotation that alternates nights & days, so I dont really have any regular sleep schedule.
When I am working dayshift I average about 4 hrs of sleep. I'm an 8hr sleep kind of guy so it really kills me. And I can really notice it during my runs or workout sessions. After I come off a stretch of days my first day off is usually 10-12 hrs of sleep! Then I settle in at 7-8hrs on my off days.
Working nights I usually have more time to sleep, but I often have trouble sleeping during the day so sometimes its 4hrs sometimes its 6-7 if I can actually sleep well. Just depends.
When I have school/college the next day, i try to sleep at 9 PM but I usually lay in bed at 9.30 - 10 PM. I get up at 5.15 AM.
And if I don't have school the next day it's just whenever I wake up, which is usually at 10.30 - 11 PM. I like sleep
week day i try 2am -9am
weekend is like, 6am to 3pm
its so unhealth i know....
I tend to go to bed at 2:30-3:30am and wake up at 7:00am for work.. I get sleep in on weekends which tends to be till 9:00am-10:00am, but I also stay up later then. :P
