Last year at this time of year i weighed in at 175 lbs at 5'9'' tall this was after 3 months of eating nothing but raw veggies no processed starches minimal amounts of meat and only drinking water and juice. Three months prior to starting this i weighed in at 250 lbs. I stopped eating this way in December of last year since then i have gained back 60 lbs. Im pretty sure its about time i did it again and hopefully i stick with it. This time however ill be working out so hopefully it takes less time to lose the weight and ill retain more muscle mass. Just thought some of you might find it interesting to watch me go through this experience and it might be interesting for me as well to document this time around. Wish me luck!
