It's not exactly old Japanese. It's an obscure dialect from Northeastern Japan, and this song is based off an actual lullaby called "眠り巫女". After over 9000 hours of research, I squeezed out a translation from my poor brain lol.

PS. I believe the Japanese title of this song is 鎮メ唄.
