Im pretty sure the ipod touch 4th gen and up had the same camera as the iphone 4 didnt it which was a pretty decent camera actually.

I don't know about that... doesn't it kind of ruining the point of a "Post Your Pics" thread if you're not posting your pictures. What you described seemed like a spam thread like "Post Images".

Why? For one thing some of the individules on this site are probably underage, and if their photo was photoshopped into a porno image, it might count as "child porn" as far as US law is concerned. And the person doing it might not even be a pedo, they might just think the person looked 18, but really the person was 16 or 17, so it would be illegal. Ones actions therefore might come back to haunt them in the sense that their actions could be making them the victim of a sex crime. I think that on ANY website that permits minors (under18 in the US, and most other countries) to be members, there should be a forum rule that says "NO POSTING IMAGES OF YOURSELF IF YOU ARE UNDER 18", for their own protection. You can't stop dummies from shooping someone's image, but as a moderator or admin you CAN make it against forum rules for members to post their image if they are under 18. Again this rule would be for their own protection.
