You're a bad girl, Grell. : (
Get back to work you slacking slacker of Slacktown! Not that I don't slack...
You're not fooling anyone except yourself. Students who attend and cares for their studies will benefit anyway. Don't be surprised when your teacher fails you.
Skipping isn't really that big of a deal unless your absences accumulate to the point where it interferes with the part of your grade based on participation. o_o So long as you keep a decent grade, it doesn't do that much harm, specially if it's just one day.
I'm too scared to ditch anything that takes attendence though I'm not against arriving late (really late, when the class is halfway done so it doesn't count as a ditch) or ditching assemblies.

Hey look, Japan made a movie about me!
I hope for you that your day was filled with useless classes. Or classes you're good at -__-
I only skipped 2nd period which was English, I was already 20 minutes late to that class, so i decided to take the other 21 minutes off
I skip most of my calc II classes. On the other hand, I'm always on time and ready for my organic chem class. Basically, if it's a class I need to take just because it's a "requirement," there's a good chance I'll max out my absences. If it's a class actually relevant to my major, I don't even consider skipping. Anyway, skipping a class every know and again is better than getting burnt out. But don't skip too many or it'll come back to haunt you. Probably.

Sig no longer in development...
funny this is making me remember my father's jfk story. my father was playing hooky the day jfk got shot and he was in the 7th grade at the time. him and some buddies ditched and all they did all day was play football with some college dudes and bought tickets to a college football game on that weekend and on the way home, he passes by the university and he says the other people crying and he goes home when it is supposed to be home from school and his older brother told him the president was killed.
i only did it when i was 14, my freshman year of high school. my best friend and i went to different schools and during that time we werent hanging out and we just only talked on the phone (not much broadband internet or smartphones yet). so we secretly planned to just ditch school, meet up at the local supermarket and just do whatever. we had older friends call in sick for us pretending to be our parents and it was the bomb. went to the mall, played at the arcade, had pizza, went back to his place and played goldeneye and the wrestling games on n64.
i hope you enjoy your time off or whatever you did to skip class.

I've skipped classes sometimes when I'm just too lazy. I hope you'll pass your class. Well, if it's just English, then it's not a big deal.

Thanks to Ms Lucy for this awesome, funny gif.
The person that you are now is not the person that I used to know. You're becoming a stranger that I've never met before. Not liking the change though.
Bah. Only time I've skipped class was when our class had to move to another room or area, and I had totally no idea where to go, so I'm like "Just sit in a bathroom stall till the class is over". Don't see the point in skipping otherwise, cept if your trying to avoid something, or just someone feeling like their badass skipping.
