Saw Psi on Good Morning America couple weeks back and they asked him what meant. He explained it along the lines of "dressing classy and dancing cheesy". Of course there was a mild language barrier and I was multi-tasking, so I may have it wrong.

Because last i checked, most of the people bragging about their "SWAG" were high school boys who are supported almost entirely by their parents. Thats not very "high-life."
