Presidential Debate 2012

The debate started at 6 oclock. It's over now, and I didn't hear all of it. Did any of you guys watch it?

Yes, I did. I'll admit, Romney spoke well, but he lied about damn near everything. His tax plan, about Massachusetts schools being the top of the US [its Maryland, btw], and about how oil subsides go to small companies [nope, they go to big oil!!]. Sure, it sounded nice, but it wasnt true.

Even as an Obama supporter, I do have to say Romney dominated the debate :/ I wonder what had gotten into Obama tonight.

No, I did not watch it (not that I care), but I think we might watch it in two of my classes today...

I recorded it last night, but I don't always go with debates and it doesn't matter on what side but what does matters is that someone will do something good for the country at least.

Seriously though, this PBS/Big Bird issue. The federal government literally gives an INFINITESIMAL amount of money to PBS--cutting Sesame Street ain't gonna do crap.

And Al Gore said it was high-altitude sickness. My coworker and I speculated that he lost the first debate on purpose so that he could appear to being doing better in later debates. (I hope that's the case lol)

It was an okay debate. Romney lied too much and Obama didn't even point that out. It makes me wonder if Obama believed his lives or simply didn't want to talk about it. To me, the debate was more on the offence for Romney while Obama was being defensive.

Not that I don't care about the country but I can't put myself through the torture of not having a clue what the heck they're talking about lol
