This thread is basically about the games you enjoy doing when you were a child, whether you played them because you, or your playmates were bored (and you were forced to do so).

I used to play...
I used to race with my playmates, even though I'd almost always lose because I couldn't run as fast lol
Other than that, it was pretty much playing video games. Nintendo defined half of my childhood. :P
Hide and seek. I mean, who never play that game?

Thanks to Ms Lucy for this awesome, funny gif.
The person that you are now is not the person that I used to know. You're becoming a stranger that I've never met before. Not liking the change though.
find a stick
dig a small hole with the stick
look at the stick
look at the hole
feel a slight bit of joy inside.
Do kids these days even know what a stick is anymore?
Hmmm... Been a whileSit back some time and simply ask yourself, [Link]->"Do you even lift, bro?"<-[Link]
All I remember is playing tag and Tug of war......good times
When snow (Yuki) melts it turns into rain (Ame). When rain (Ame) falls, flowers (Hana) bloom.
I had tea parties with my stuffed toys, I collected Polly Pockets, play dress up... and if I had my friends come over, we would play hide and seek, all sorts of board games, draw all over the sidewalk. It was a really fun and happy childhood for me. :3
Video games, tag, capture the flag (not CoD), football, soccer, tennis, basketball, hide and seek, bike racing, running races, swimming races, frisbee, volleyball, mud pie contests, etc. I was active back then, and I'm still active today.
I loved tag, playing in the wildness and trees, beach volleyball, and hide and seek when I was little. I haven't changed one bit
My favorite game.. POKEMON FREEZE TAG. Also use to play the basic tag and hide and seek, tug of war, playing in the sand, and play generic games on a Win95 computer that would be boring to me today. Played badminton quite a few times, and frisbee was quite the fun game back in my childhood when all the neighbor kid's joined up.

My older siblings used chase me around, and when they caught me, it would be a tickle fight to the death.
I would also wrestle with my father or brother, and always win because I was quicker than they were.
Looking back, you could say that I was somewhat of a tomboy.
frell yeah classic game ^^
I wasn't out of the house much as a kid, so the only places I could really play was at school. I loved playing four-square (I was one of the best), tag, hide and seek, dodgeball, soccer, football, and tetherball (I could never beat my sister :c ). Other than that, Pokémon, the original Spyro, Crash Bandicoot, and Road Rash with friends when they came over.
Nowadays I have two nephews who are both 12, and a niece who just turned 6. I visit them regularly and so I still play a lot of outdoor games, considering no one else in my family really bothers to. I may not be the most physically capable member in my family, but I want them to have fun, so I exhaust myself silly when I play with them. The fact that they live in a huge orchard, and thus more room to hide/run/climb/etc, doesn't help. xD Lol but it's fun to go back inside and have their mom yell at me for getting us all dirty. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
And yes I play videogames with them too, of course. Co-op Halo/CoD/etc with my nephews, and online pony games like Bella Sara with my niece. x3
As a kid, I loved to play soccer, watch tv and play video games. I could still remember I had a blast playing the original Super Smash Bros. on the N64. I also miss how often i'd play soccer back then with my friends.
Loved tag, catching tadpole and fireflies, racing on bicycles...football, baseball...later hockey...ping pong. Great times.
The original(NES) Final Fantasy was my favorite game of all-time, while I was growing up and is still in the top five.

Legos were my favorite! I also had a huge collection of Beanie Babies. ^_^
Well by kid I'm thinking elementary years, I'd say riding bikes and hide and seek were the most fun. My brother and I, and two cousins would often spend many days at my grandparants (was a small dairy farm) and the barns had tons of places to hide. We'd also build forts in the haymow by stacking up hay bails. Oh and building snow forts in the winter was awesome too, and sledding down the big hills!

It depended on which group of friends I was with, really. With one group, we'd play things based on different TV shows we like, usually InuYasha or Sabrina the Teenage Witch, depending on if boys were involved or not. Harry Potter was pretty common, too. Eventually we ended up using all possible worlds in one so we could do and be whatever the crap we wanted. Sometimes it'd be "house" or "supernatural house" depending on which we played last. Half of us always wanted to play regular "house" while the rest, me and the boys, wanted to play "supernatural house" so we could be vampires and werewolves and stuff. x3 Just the girls in the group would play with Barbies or Bratz or really whatever similar dolls we happened to have. lol I actually tried to learn how to play Magic with the boys and our parents. Never got the hang of it, though. Confused the crap out of me. Still does. O.O
Barbies was the most common with any of my other friends, or just random stuff.
She has no shadows, and she radiates beauty.
Slender body, and two eyes like ebony.
Her spirit's golden, and her mind's a mystery.
