A rhyme of the ages

Well here is a quick Ryhme I made in my English class thought it turned out pretty good. I know it's not perfect but I thought I'd post it to see what everyone thinks.

P.S. sorry if there is a missing "k" somewhere my keyboard got sticky over the summer

Along the road a lost reading steiner,
Among my abode I was bleeding finer,
A bong from the bell of a fleeting liner,
A kong from the pick of a beating miner

I really like how those four lines sound. They're really unique! :3
