The only thing I would say is that your lines are a bit off, and some aren't full like they should ^^' I don't know if you understand what I'm saying xD I'd explain it better in french xD haha but overall it's really good! ^^

I agree.

The clothing have wrinkles, but goggles should have precise lines. Using a ruler for lines would be great. Other than that, I would say your drawing gets a 10/10.

My trick is do do my lines really quick then doing lots of strokes on one single one it makes finer lines ^^

This is so good! 10/10! I am trying to think of ways you can improve, but I can't really think of any!!
If I had to say anything it would probably be to vary the tones of the pupil/iris as it still looks very 2-D, but I think this is really hard to do with pencil. Amazing!

I had never heard a person that draws an anime character using a ruler just to make a straight line. >_>
