Bad games that really don't get as much hate as they should.

And I don't mean "Oh, I didn't like Skyrim all as much as the scores and praises everyone gave it", no, I mean absolutely dreadful, abysmal games, the ones that made you contemplate the killing of others for the fact that you paid money for it. And yet these said games aren't very popular, or got low enough scores or opinions.

- Sniper 2: Wow, such a bad game. I'll just leave this here.

- Jaws Unleashed: Probably the worst game to ever sell extremely well.

- Mega Man X7: Good god, what a piece of s***. I know that not every Mega Man game is going to be spectacular, but Jesus, this thing was a mess and not worthy of having Mega Man in its name

- Resident Evil 5: The amount of praise it got shocked me to no end. The racism bit was not even the real issue in this game although I do agree it was unnecessary to bring RE to Africa to begin with.

Just horrible design and setting and with about zero atmosphere. RE4 looked like the most atmospheric game very compared to that disaster of a game that only had co op as an excuse to even get anywhere near decent. Menus where off setting among other things. To this day I still truly refuse to believe they where even building a RE game. Just looked like a cross over between gears of war and middle east games like COD. Just terrible.

it does suck that its the only open world sandbox game where if you complete the main story, you essentially lose the game. well, at least the character you're been working on. lol

Any 3D Sims game imo -- any game that tries to ram manufactured cool down people's throats should be hated to the extent that their publishers are stoned to death.

Damnation the second worst game ever made it was a horrible mess of Prince of Persia jumping mixed with Gears of War in a world that looks like someone threw up it all browns and greens. It is the second game I played for 30 minutes and then returned after I rented it I haven't played a game that bad sense Superman 64.

Animal Crossing City Folk.

Actually it receives a lot of hate. It just receives it for the wrong reason. The majority of reviewers and general gamers criticized it for being "more of the same". While that is an issue with the game as well, it is not the real issue, and that just shows how little those reviewers/gamers understand the series. The issue is not only that it is pretty much an port of WW (a DS game) to the Wii, but also (and mainly) that it is watered down. It's like the developers didn't even want to make a good game. However, laziness can explain almost all of it, so it makes sense.

Spawn: The Eternal for PS1. The Spawn comic book series has such a cool premise but they put out a terrible game during a time when the series was at the peak of its popularity. It also didn't help that the movie got poor reviews too.

Final Fantasy 12 and X-2. Actually, X-2 to all new Final Fantasy games. Got them as gifts for Christmas and stuff. Total waste of money. SquareSoft changed to SquareEnix, and now most of their games suck.

Inuyasha games weren't that great either.

GTA IV: They took to much out for it to be "realistic." San Andreas was the perfect combination for silly and realism. The only thing you have to do is give it GTA IV's physics and you would be set.. Even though GTA IV is a sequel it feels like it's one big downgrade. If you took out the dates and give San Andreas GTA IV's graphics. I think most people would think San Andreas is the sequel to GTA IV and not the other way around. It's sad when Saints Row is doing a better job at being GTA. Than what GTA is doing at being GTA.

Battlefield 3: It's basically Bad Company 2 with Jets and better graphics.

Skyrim: It's fun, but it's one big disappointing overly hyped game.
*The majority of the writing is just horrible.
*They managed to downgrade it even more than what Oblivion did after Morrowind.
*That gimmick 11-11-11 release date screwed everybody over. They rushed the game so they can meet that date.
