AMD Question...

I was just going through different type of builds. I was wondering why isn't there PCI Express 3.0 with AMD? Limitation with the cpu?

That's exactly it. AMD's CPUs don't have support for PCIe 3.0 and they don't plan to release any upgraded versions until next year, which will be the next generation of the Bulldozer series.

On the other hand, Intel just released their 3rd gen of the Intel Core series which supports PCIe 3.0

Was looking into it last night. No need for it right now as we can't draw all that power from it. The Bandwidth is still not up to par with it.
